About onleePass

onleePass is a webapp for Google Workspace domain to help Share Google Account between users in a more secure way.

With onleeApps as an admin you will be able to :

• Add accounts to onleePass

• Add authenticator information

• Select rest password or not

• Share account with user of the domain

With onleePass as a user you will be bale to :

• View accont you have access

• Start signin

• Get password if needed

• Get Authenticator 6 digits code

This webapp is closely linked to your Google account and the information stored within it. When you install this app from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be asked to grant various permissions to your Google account. These permissions will only be utilized to carry out the specific task you have requested from the installed extension.

To revoke the webapp access to your Google account, you must uninstall it from the Google Workspace Marketplace (refer to "User Account Deletion").

Extensions are developed and operated by Google Apps Script, which runs on Google servers.

onleePass will never sell or disclose any information collected to external parties. If we need to store data outside of your Google account, we use Firebase, a serverless database created by Google, to ensure that your data remains on Google servers. We only store data in Firebase that is necessary to provide our users with the services offered by this extension. Most of the data collected by our app is processed directly within Google Apps Script and is not saved in any database for future use.

Our App's use of information received, and App's transfer of information to any other app received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

User Account Deletion

By using oneePass, we only access data that is absolutely necessary for the webapp to run correctly. If you wish to stop using our service, simply go back to the onleePass Marketplace page and click "Uninstall".

Uninstall will interrupt all the wbapp functionality and activities on your Google account.

However, there is no automatic deletion of your user data in our database (Firebase). To get your data deleted, please contact us.

Data Access

When you install onleePass on your Google account, you are asked to accept the following authorizations:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email : Needed to get your email to identify you in order to display accoutnn shred with you.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.locale : Needed to store data related to access in the script property of your account.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request : Needed to connect to external datasource

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user : Needed to access informaiton of the domaine to :

• Verify email is a user of the domain

• Verify account have 2 Steps

• Reset password if option is selected

• Change email recovery

Data Storage

onleePass store users data and usage data to Firebase. 

User identification : We store email, link to your public picture and your Google ID incase primary email of the account change.

License information : For the domain we store if you have a valid license and date of subscription.

Account sharing : For shared account we store the email of the account, if password need to be reseted at connexion, users that have access to the account, date of adding in onleePass.

Retention time

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy relating to onleePass at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
