Make account sharing more secure and avoid email recovery lock
To make your account sharing more secure you need to enable 2 steps and prevent email recovery check from Google.
With onleePass you can share a common 2 Steps accross multiple people, manage the 2nd factor at admin level and change the email recovery to help user connect if google request a security check.
How to do that
Enable 2 steps on the account shared
Add this account to onleePass, ref. Don't forget to remove password change option.
Grant users access to this Shared Account, ref.
Now your user just need to open onleePass
When to use this method
This method is best when you want to share ana account accross a team and improve security. As team need multiple access to the mailbox it is easier to not change password all the time but with 2 steps and email recovery change you will provide a smooth way to connect.
